Pricing
Artists can pitch free, or buy credits for a guaranteed written review. Curators are paid $0.50 per credit and never pay anything, ever. Nothing is charged while this is in early access.
$0 — every week
Credits buy the guarantee: a real 60-second listen, at least 20 words, inside 72 hours, or the credit back. A credit is one pitch to one curator. Bigger playlists cost more credits, because reach is the only thing price follows — never how often a curator says yes.

No subscription. Credits you have bought stay until you spend them.

On a subscription a credit works out from $0.75.
Free — always
And you are the one getting paid. No subscription, no card, no fee taken out of anything.
Not a table of competitors' prices — those change weekly and we would get them wrong. This is what the common model does, and what we do instead.
| The usual model | KoalaQueue | |
|---|---|---|
| Curator's fee | Often higher for an add, or tied to acceptance rate | Identical on a pass and an add |
| If nobody answers | Credit sometimes held, sometimes lost | Returned automatically at 72 hours |
| Proof they listened | Trust the review | 60s before the verdict unlocks |
| Length of feedback | Whatever arrives, sometimes one line | 20 words minimum |
| Operator's own playlists | Rarely disclosed | Labelled as ours, paid the same, ranked no higher |
| After the add | Chased by email | The add and the review stay in your history |
| Cost to curate | Free, unpaid | Free, and paid per review |
One pitch to one curator. A curator with a bigger playlist costs more credits — reach is the only input to price.
A quarter of them roll over at renewal. The rest lapse, and both the lapse and the new month show as entries in your ledger so you can see exactly what happened.
At 72 hours the credit comes back to you automatically and the curator is paid nothing. You do not have to ask.
No. Not a subscription, not a fee, not a cut. They are paid.
Yes — credit packs are one payment and the credits stay until you spend them.
No, and anyone promising one is selling you something that breaks Spotify's rules. You are buying a listen and a written opinion.
