3 free pitches a week, no card needed 🎁
Every artist can send 3 free pitches a week to curators who take them. You get a quick yes or no, not a guaranteed review — here is the difference, and when credits are worth it.
- 3 free every week
- Quick yes or no
- Opt-in curators
Not every track needs a paid review. Sometimes you just want to know whether a curator would play it. So every artist gets 3 free pitches a week, with no card and no plan.
How to use them
On your dashboard, open Pitch a track and switch the pill above the curator list to Free pitch. It shows how many you have left this week. Only curators who have said they take free pitches can be picked; the rest stay greyed out until you switch back to a credit pitch.
What you get, and what you do not
A free pitch asks the curator for a decision: they open it, say yes or no, and pick how it landed. A note is up to them. There is no 60-second timer and no 20-word minimum, because nobody is paid for it — and that is exactly why nothing is guaranteed.
A free pitch stays open for 7 days. If nobody gets to it, it quietly closes. Nothing comes back, because nothing was spent.
If a curator gives you a quick answer and you want the reasoning, you can follow the same track up with them once as a credit pitch, for the full written review.
For curators
Taking free pitches is your choice, playlist by playlist, in Your playlist settings. They never buzz your phone, and every 20 you clear earns you a credit to pitch your own music with.
Free is the way in. When a track matters, credits buy the guarantee.
