After the review: your results, a shoutout, and a CSV to keep π¬
Your dashboard sums up how your pitches landed, lets you send each curator one thank-you or one question, and exports every review as a spreadsheet.
- Results at a glance
- One note each way
- CSV export
A review is not the end of the conversation. Three things happen after it.
Your results, at a glance
The Overview on your dashboard adds up what came back: how many pitches were answered, how many were added, how long reviews usually took, the credits you spent, and how your tracks landed by mood across every review, adds and passes alike. Below it, Your results lists each pitch with its review in full.
A shoutout: one note each way
Once a review is in, you can send that curator one note β a thank-you or one question about the feedback β up to 300 characters. The curator can reply once. No links, emails, social handles or phone numbers in either direction: it is about the music, not a side channel for deals. If a reply crosses a line, there is a Report link right beside it.
Export the feedback
Press Export the feedback above your results and you get a CSV of every pitch you have sent: the date, track, curator, outcome, credits, how long they listened, the word count, the mood and the review itself. It opens in any spreadsheet, so your feedback can sit next to the rest of a release campaign. Pitches that lapsed are in it too, marked as returned.
What we do not do
We do not watch the playlist after an add or tell you if a track comes off β Spotify's API makes that impossible to promise honestly at our size, and we wrote about why. The add and the review stay in your history either way.
